Whimsy Couture* Easy Breezy Shirred Tops/Dresses - 6 months to 11/12 years - PDF Pattern

This is a FAST and EASY one! An EASY BREEZY Shirred top & dress sizes 6 months through 12 years!

You can make it with the cute waist elastic........(which can sit at the hips or slightly below!).......the top and bottom hems are serged with roll hem stitch but you can also make this garment with folded down edges which is described in the tutorial. Adjustments for cutting fabric is required. 

AND you can make this garment with TWO prints. This garment can be worn from both sides! How cute is that?  

In any case this garment has super easy ribbon ties!!! No button holes to do no straps to sew just match up some cute grosgrain ribbon! 

You will need: fabric, a sewing machine, serger/overlock machine (recommended but not necessary), notions, elastic thread, scissors, iron and basic sewing skills (basics of sewing with elastic thread is recommended!)
